Thank you for shopping with Ari Wears! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order in real time.

6. Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. A COD handling fee of ₹75 is applicable on all COD orders. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
