At Ari Wears, we take great care in ensuring every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns & exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues, change of mind, or personal preference. We strongly recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing your order.
2. Damaged or defective products
We offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received a wrong item
To be eligible, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at astraclothingindia@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/video of the damaged or defective product
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
3. Return shipping
In cases where a return is approved due to damage or defect, Ari Wears will bear the return shipping cost. We will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.
4. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at astraclothingindia@gmail.com or +91 72083 32605.
6. Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Size or fit issues
- Change of mind after delivery
